Dr. Spoonhower and the staff are extremely kind, personable, responsible, professional, and timely. They make an effort to get to know their patients, and they do amazing work at every appointment. They explain each step of their processes in detail and make braces fun by providing a variety of colors to choose from. They use an app, Patient Rewards Hub, which encourages their patients to take care of their teeth by rewarding them with points and prizes (gift cards).

The office is welcoming, clean, organized, colorful, and decorated nicely, containing a seating area and a coffee bar. They are also flexible with scheduling my appointments to be outside of school hours.
