Dr. Spoonhower and the staff are extremely kind, personable, responsible, professional, and timely. They make an effort to get to know their patients, and they do amazing work at every appointment. They explain each step of their processes in detail and make braces fun by providing a variety of colors to choose from. They use an app, Patient Rewards Hub, which encourages their patients to take care of their teeth by rewarding them with points and prizes (gift cards).

The office is welcoming, clean, organized, colorful, and decorated nicely, containing a seating area and a coffee bar. They are also flexible with scheduling my appointments to be outside of school hours.

Everyone is so nice and caring about you when you go in. They all always have a smile on their face no matter what and always give you the best care. Doctor Spoonhower is an awesome doctor and is always good to all of his patients. Thank you for your time and care!

Today we came in for the first time. What a welcoming atmosphere. My daughter really enjoyed her first visit. She loved the dry erase board wall. She liked her new shirt and joining the kids club. When we got into the car she said “ I really like that place”.
