Both of our children have been to Dr. Spoonhower's office for braces and we absolutely LOVE them! Doc is great with the kids (as are all his assistants) and he does a great job of explaining all of the processes to the parents along the way. The girls in the office are always so friendly and do a fantastic job of scheduling appointments, taking payments, etc. We always feel important when we arrive for an appointment and never have to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen! I wish all of our medical/health care providers were this fantastic! We recommend Dr. Spoonhower's office to everyone!

I'm consistently impressed with this practice's superb customer service. I'm greeted by name as soon as a I walk in, and everyone is exceedingly friendly and helpful. Also, the scheduling is superb. Alicia and Joanne find time slots which fit my schedule, and wait times on adjustment days are very minimal. I'm an important person at this practice, not just another patient in an appointment book.

Everyone at my appointments is so friendly! Also, it has only been six months since I got my braces on and my teeth look so good already!!! :) I love going to my appointments because I know they are going to make my teeth look amazing!
